In order to further improve the business quality and marketing ability of all employees of the company, Hebei Sinostar Group organized the business department, marketing department, finance department and quality control department to participate in the first online training of the Year of the Tiger on the afternoon of February 25. The theme of training is "Grav dybt ned i kundernes bekymringer, og lav aftaler hurtigere". Mr. Shi, the general manager of the company, attached great importance to this training and personally supervised the participation to cheer for the group's new year sprint.

The lecturer taught us many skills and methods of customer development and maintenance through rich cases and easy-to-understand expressions. For example: how to quickly complete the customer background investigation using the 6 major methods, dig deep into the customer's concerns, and complete the most favorable customer demand analysis by "doing what you like"; how to use the MAN analysis model to show your own advantages, "teaching according to aptitude" is different customers who need to provide improvement programs and so on. This training has benefited us a lot, and we learned a lot from it. Faced with the current complex and changeable international situation, we urgently need to cultivate the awareness of finding customers in the face of adversity. We believe that only by considering the needs of customers from the standpoint of customers can we quickly capture the "heart" of customers. At the same time, we must always remember "Serving customers is no trivial matter, serving customers is serving oneself".
